Welcome to the clinic
The Nine Clinic was established by co-founders Dr Simmy Kaur and Dr Claire Bassilious. They are Private GP’s and friends who wanted to create a forward thinking private GP Practice for the modern world.
Their aim was to create a contemporary, holistic practice that incorporates well-being for their patients as well as evidence-based traditional medicine.

In doing so, they created ‘The Nine Clinic.’ The name came organically after they found their first clinic space in Nine Elms near Battersea Power Station. The number ‘9’ also signifies ‘new beginnings’ in numerology, which felt appropriate for their twenty-first century approach to private general practice.
Following their joint experience on Harley Street Marylebone, they wanted to bring excellent standards of private care south of the river. Hence, The Nine Clinic runs from two sites in Battersea/Nine Elms and 78 Harley Street.

Their ethos is to empower patients to take ownership of their health and to make informed decisions about their wellbeing. They work alongside specialist medical consultants to provide excellent care for their patients. They also work with a team of allied health professionals and complementary therapists to enable patients to receive the most holistic approach.
