GP consultation - £200
Blood test consultation and comprehensive bespoke report £100 - price of tests on request
Vaccination consultation £100 - price of vaccines on request
Health screening packages - from £1000
Corporate health screening packages - from £1000
Prescriptions, GP admin & referral letters - £60-100
House calls - £500 per hour door to door

Repeat Prescription

Please fill out the form to request a repeat prescription. Once your
prescription has been authorised, you will receive a text message,
which you can take to any pharmacy to redeem your prescription. Please note, you must be registered at the practice to use this service.
